Состав:
- Сливочное масло 150 г
- Ванилин по вкусу
- Сахар 200 г
- Сода 1 ч. л.
- Сметана 250 г
- Мука 600 г
Как приготовить печенье на сметане без яиц
Растопить сливочное масло 150 г и добавить туда сахар 200г, ванилин и соду 1 ч.л.

Добавляем сметану 250г и тщательно перемешиваем

Потихоньку добавляем муку 600г и замешиваем эластичное тесто. Можно добавить орешки, изюм или ягоду. Можно добавить имбирь, кориандр и корицу.

Выпекать 10 минут при 200 градусов.

Сверху можно украсить глазурью. Есть 2 варианта.
1 Вариант — Сгущенку развести сухим молоком, получается белая тягучая смесь
